1EC15 - Elderly Home in Castle Rock (Janice Burger)

Address: 940 E. Plum Creek Parkway #201

Directions: I-25 South to the Plum Creek exit.  go est about one mile and make a right into The Knolls at Plum Creek Condos.  Once you turn in at the gate you turn left and then and immediate right to the second Building 940 on the right.  Janice is going to open her garage door #19 so we can enter there.  

Projects: I met with Janice and these are the following projects we are going to take on: 

1)  Provide light housekeeping like dusting, vacuum, clean any windows that are accessible. She has two 3 to 4 foot long upper shelves (up higher that the builder installed as (plant shelves).   She has some mick nacks that have to be removed to dust the shelf.   

2) Install a new GFC  in the bathroom.  I will bring one.

3) Clean under the stove and refrigerator. 

4)  Install handles on all the cabinets and drawers.

5) Install a curtain rod with rings in one of the bedrooms so Janet can pull the curtains open.  I will buy a curtain rod. 

6) There are 4 or small items that need to be carried to her storage unit nearby (I think).

7) Install a new filter in the refrigerator  (she has the filter but can't get on her knees).

8) Install a new shower head that I will buy.

9) She would love a meal for diner.

Andy's note.  I suspect that we will be able to complete all these tasks in about two hours.  If any of our team members is unable to do any task, then I am sure Janice would love to just talk and have the company.  She is a lovely lady with a lot of great history in the Castle Rock area.  Her father was a fairly famous person in the development of Castle Rock.  Fun stories!  

Note: She has two cute little dogs she adores and like to see people love on her dogs.
