Help with small projects around home in North East Denver area:

• Needs removal of old silicone caulk in bathroom and replacement of new caulk (Supplies:1 tube white caulk, one tube almond caulk, something to scrape off old caulk; 1 man 45 minutes)
• Needs 4 shrubs trimmed (Supplies: electric hedge clippers, pruning shears, extension cord, trash bags, gloves. 2 men 2 hours)
• Removal of dead ivy on side of house, trailing into one of the shrubs (clean up the area) (Supplies: pruning shears, gloves, trash bags, 1 man or woman 45 minutes)
• Painting of 4 walls in two rooms all 95” high; 1) 12’3” long; 2) 22’ long; 3) 13’ 4) 9.5’ (Supplies: 2 gallons paint off white or cream $42/gallon; rollers, paint pans, tape, drop cloths, small brushes for trim . 2 women 3 hours (1 each room))
• Sanding of wooden stairs going down to basement (Supplies: sander and sandpaper)
